Family Game Night is an absolute favorite in our house! Is it in yours? If not, then maybe you should add this fun traveling award as an addition to see if you can spark up your game night! I grew up in a house that didn't have a ton of money, but we had lots of LOVE to share. We spent a lot of time at home and together, which was great. In this now super-fast paced society, we need more TIME for our families without bells & whistles going off from the electronic devices that are a part of our everyday life. One of our favorite activities as a family was family game night. We loved playing all sorts of games, from hippos that were hungry, to trapping a mouse, to making words (not Keep Reading
How to Host a Super Easy Disney Playdate
Disclosure: I received free products in order to host a #DisneyKids Preschool Playdate. The opinions expressed here are my own. Recently, my sons school got his birthday mixed up. I couldn't figure out why my little one kept coming home telling me his birthday was coming soon. I kept reminding him that it was in July, and after a puzzled look, that was usually the end of the conversation. It wasn't until I picked him up from school the other day, did I finally realize what was going on. When I was picking him up from school, the teacher came over and told me I could bring cupcakes in for him and they would all sing him happy birthday on Friday. I was like Friday?! His birthday is in Keep Reading
DIY Kool-Aid Lip Balm
All it takes is 15 minutes and two ingredients that you probably already have around the house to make Kool-Aid Lip Balm! This is a fun project that doubles as an even cooler gift! I tend to lick my lips a lot (something to do with winter), and do not like the idea of some of crayon ending up in my mouth. I know it was aimed more at children, but I am still a little taken back by the idea. I recently made DIY Burt’s Bees Peppermint Lip Balm which wasn't really that big of a hit with my son.
