12frozen meatballs
24ouncesjar marinara sauce
6slicesmozzarella cheese5 ounces
12Kings Hawaiian rolls
3tablespoonsgarlic buttermelted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425℉.
Add meatballs and marinara sauce to a medium pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until meatballs are heated through.
Without dividing into individual rolls, cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls on a rimmed baking sheet.
Brush half of the garlic butter on the bottom half of the rolls. Transfer to the over and toast for 3-4 minutes or until crisp.
Spread 1/2 cup of marinara sauce over the toasted buns. Place a meatball onto each roll and cover with the cheese slices. Top with the other half of the rolls.
Brush the tops of the rolls with remaining garlic butter. Bake 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
Serve sliders immediately with a side of marinara for dipping.
Notes
To make garlic butter combine 4 tablespoons of softened butter with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley.
