Perfect BBQ Meatball Sliders
  • 1/2 28 oz Bag Frozen Meatballs
  • 2 18 oz Bottles Hickory BBQ Sauce
  • 5 Strips of Bacon cut into pieces
  • 1/2 Small onion chopped
  • 4-5 Slices of Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. In a medium sized pot, place meatballs and 1 bottle of BBQ sauce.
  3. Cook over medium heat until heated through (about 10 - 15 minutes).
  4. While meatballs are cooking, cook your bacon until crunchy then add onions. Cook for about 4 mins more (just until they start to get tender) and set aside.
  5. Cut Hawaiian Rolls in one sheet (DO NOT SEPARATE).
  6. Cover rolls with a generous amount BBQ sauce then place meatballs (use a slotted spoon to spoon meatballs from pan to avoid accidentally adding to much BBQ sauce).
  7. Top meatballs with cheese slices.
  8. Add bacon and onions.
  9. Cook in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until tops are golden.
  10. Serve immediately.
