Ingredients

head broccoli
florets chopped
¼
onion
minced or pureed

chicken drumsticks
fresh or frozen *remove 5 minutes from cook time if fresh

can
cheese soup

cups
chicken broth or water
1
teaspoon
oregano
Salt and pepper
to taste
Shredded cheese
optional garnish
Instructions
Place all ingredients in Instant Pot and give it all a good stir.
Place the lid on the IP and select the "Soup/Chili" setting for 12 minutes.
Seal and cook, when timer is up preform a natural release.
Check the chicken with a meat thermometer for an internal temperature of 165F.
Remove chicken and shred. Add chicken back in.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve with an optional garnish of additional cheese and/or sour cream.
