2cupswaternone if lentils are pre-cooked
½cuptomato sauce
2stalkscelerychopped
2clovesgarlicminced
2teaspoonstaco seasoning
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot and give everything a good stir.
Select the "Soup/Chili" setting and set for 12 minutes.
Seal and allow to natural release.
Taste and season with salt and pepper if desired. Garnish with sour cream, cheese, or cilantro.
Notes
Dried lentils can be replaced with a 15oz. can of cooked lentils. No water needs to be added to the recipe. Rinse lentils before adding to the instant pot and reduce the cook time to 5 minutes.
