2cupsquick oats
4cupschocolate almond milk
Optional mix ins
chocolate chips bananas and walnuts
Instructions
In the Instant Pot, spray bottom and sides of inner pot with nonstick cooking spray. Alternatively, add 1 cup of water to pot and put ingredients in a casserole dish that will fit on top of the trivet.
Mix together quick oats and almond milk.
Turn Instant Pot on to manual high pressure (the pressure cook button for newer models), for 5 minutes. Once cooking time is up, do a quick release of pressure.
Add mix ins to the oatmeal and serve.
