My mouth is just watering as I think about these amazing Instant Pot Rib Tips! If you like your ribs to just fall off of the bone, like I do, then this super easy Instant Pot Rib Tips recipe will knock your socks right off!
These Instant Pot Rib Tips are so delicious and incredibly easy to make, compared to normal preparations, cooking, smoking, etc. My guess is that you don’t make ribs very often because they are so time consuming to make them the traditional ways and for them to be at an amazing level of tenderness and having them fall off the bone. Granted, they are delicious when they are done, but who has that kind of time? I definitely don’t, but with the Instant Pot, you can totally make these melt in your mouth ribs in less than an hour.
Pick your favorite sauce to finish these IP Rib Tips off by throwing them on the grill for just a couple minutes on each side for that delicious grilled texture/flavor.
Now, most of the time, we use a quick release for the pressure in the Instant Pot, but for this recipe, we will use a natural release so that the ribs don’t have a tough texture. All that really means is that once your Instant Pot finishes cooking your mouth-watering ribs, it will beep. Then, it will continue on the warm mode and start the clock going forward. This is allowing a gradual release of the pressure, without opening the valve. Once the timer is up to 10 minutes, then you can open up the valve to release any remaining pressure. It’s at this point that my family comes running to the kitchen, as the scent of ribs fills my house and these carnivores are ready to eat!
With minimal prep, and less than an hour from start to finish, you can have the most amazing, mouth-watering, fall off of the bone rib tips ready for your dinner tonight. Your family will thank you with their sticky fingers and sauce filled faces…Don’t forget the clean up wipes!
I made sure to add these Instant Pot Ribs Tips to my meal plans for the week, and you should too, so that everyone you love can enjoy these finger-licking ribs!
